148 teams from the city’s biggest businesses took to the start line but it was Macquarie 1 that came out on top with a time of 54:00.7. They have retained their title of the ‘fastest firm in the city’ for over 8 years now – will they ever be beaten?!
Qube Research & Technologies 1 came in 2nd place with a time of 54:23.4, and hot on their heels in 3rd place was DBS Bank with a time of 56:58.9. Wells Fargo 2 won the ‘fastest mixed team’ award with a time of 1:02:22!
The fastest female team on the night was Macquarie 2 who flew around the course in a time of 1:17:08.
Individually, the fastest runners on the night were Kristen Cook and Pierre-Louis Gstalter.
This year the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay will take place in four cities across the world! The baton is now being handed to Hong Kong race on 26th November.

Every participant in the race will also be able to make an impact through our charity program, The Extra Mile. Every mile run will contribute towards raising a USD$30,000 donation by the end of the event, which will be donated to SportCares. SportCares is dedicated to empowering participants from vulnerable backgrounds, including children and youth at-risk, isolated seniors and persons with disabilities and special needs, by providing them with opportunities to experience the transformative power of sport.
