Race Postponement – Why was the Sydney race postponed?
The health of our participants, spectators, volunteers, contractors and event staff is our top priority, so in light of the uncertainty regarding the coronavirus outbreak in the lead up to our race on 26th March it is with great regret that we made the decision to postpone the event until next year. We appreciate this may come as disappointing news but we are sure everyone will understand and we very much look forward to welcoming our runners back to the race next year.
Race Postponement – What happens to my company’s race fee?
All team entries from the 2020 race will be automatically rolled over to the next Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in Sydney in 2021.

All team entries will be automatically rolled over to the next Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in Sydney in 2021. We will be in touch with Team Captain’s in due course with further instructions including how to add runners.
Race Postponement – Will I get notified when the 2021 race is on sale?
All Team Captains and runners who had signed up for the 2020 race will be notified as soon as a date is confirmed, ahead of a wider public announcement, should they want to purchase additional teams. If you are new to the Sydney race, please make sure you register your interest so we can contact you when any remaining team places go on sale.
