Activity Points

What are Activity Points?

For every physical activity you complete, you earn activity points that help you move up the leaderboards, whether that's your company leaderboard, your office leaderboard or a challenge leaderboard.

You earn different points based on the length of time of the activity and perceived effort required. Please find below a table with each activity and how points are awarded.

Examples:
I complete an hour of yoga – 60 minutes x 1 = 60 activity points
I complete a 35-minute run – 35 minutes x 3 = 105 points activity points
